By accessing the rm9 platform (https://rm9.run), registering an account, or playing games, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the services.

1.4 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account. If unauthorised access occurs, you must notify rm9 immediately. rm9 is not responsible for any losses that occur before such notice is given.

2.1 Deposit Methods

rm9 accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Deposits and withdrawals can only be made through one of these three methods.

2.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount

• Minimum deposit: 10,000 Ks (for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: 30,000 Ks

2.3 Withdrawal Verification

When processing withdrawals, rm9 may carry out an account holder verification process. Please note that withdrawals are only allowed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Transfers to a different person or bank account are not permitted.

2.4 Financial Fraud

Using money laundering proceeds or funds obtained through illegal means on the rm9 platform will result in an immediate account ban and legal action. rm9 reserves the right to report such cases to the relevant authorities.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

rm9's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. Examples:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Total balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering: 40,000 × 20 = 800,000 Ks
• Deposit 120,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Total balance 220,000 Ks → Wagering: 100,000 × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after completing a 20x wagering requirement (bonus amount × 20 = wagering amount).

3.2 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• Each bonus is available to one player per account only.
• If rm9 determines that a player is using only one game to complete the bonus wagering requirement, rm9 reserves the right to block the withdrawal.
• If winnings gained from a bonus are flagged as irregular by rm9's verification system, they may be voided.
• rm9 reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers with prior notice.

3.3 VIP Program

rm9's VIP tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Rewards and additional benefits for each VIP tier are subject to change at rm9's discretion.

4.1 Playing with Personal Funds Only

Players must use only their own funds to play. rm9 does not allow playing with borrowed money, funds under financial management, or money belonging to others.

4.2 Legal Responsibility

Players are personally responsible for verifying whether using services like rm9 is legal in their region. rm9 will not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from violations of local law.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rm9:

• Exploiting software bugs, using bots, or employing pre-planned methods to gain unfair advantages
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff
• Attempting to conduct fraudulent activities on the platform
• Colluding with multiple players to gain an unfair advantage
